About me

I am the specialist when metering has to be absolutely precise. With a working range of 10 ml/h to 65 l/h and up to 7 bar, I deliver linear, reproducible dosing (±1 %) - even when media are demanding: outgassing, viscous, abrasive or shear-sensitive.

My brushless DC drive, intuitive click-wheel user interface and assisted hose change turn complex adjustments into guided, error-free processes. With my full IIoT capability, I integrate seamlessly into digital environments via DULCONNEX - for remote monitoring, process analysis and data-based optimization.

Whether via PROFIBUS, CANopen, PROFINET, Modbus, 0/4-20 mA, contact control, timer mode or higher-level process control systems - I adapt to the communication method of every system.

As a valveless, electronically controlled peristaltic metering pump, I combine advanced technology with a fiber-reinforced hose and a uniform, intuitive user interface that your teams are already familiar with.

Handling outgassing, viscous, abrasive, particle-containing or shear-sensitive media is part of my daily routine. My menu-guided hose change, reversible conveying direction and click-wheel operation make me particularly efficient.

The Transfer Unit is our team of experts for industrial conveying processes - strong, flexible and reliable for every media challenge. With DFBa, DFCa and DFDa, it covers the entire conveying spectrum: from viscous and abrasive media to high flow rates and pressures.

Together, they offer self-priming performance, dry-running reliability, reversible conveying direction, robust roller or sliding shoe technology and a large selection of compatible hose materials. The transfer unit thus ensures stable processes, high operational reliability and maximum efficiency - from precise handling to heavy-duty performance.

About me

I am the compact specialist for industrial conveying tasks where reliability, media diversity and user-friendliness are crucial. With a conveying capacity of up to 800 l/h and an adjustable pressure resistance of up to 8 bar, I impress wherever paste-like, highly viscous, abrasive or outgassing media need to be moved safely and constantly.

Thanks to my roller technology and fabric-reinforced hoses, I am particularly durable and trouble-free. I am self-priming, dry-run safe and can reverse the conveying direction - ideal for flexible process sequences. Hose changes are done quickly and reduce downtimes to a minimum.
Do you need hygienic processes? With EU 1935/2004 conformity and FDA options, I am also ideally suited for this.

My ball-bearing mounted rotor ensures particularly smooth running and a long service life. I support highly viscous media with an optional vacuum system, which improves my suction behavior and ensures consistent, stable pumping.

Thanks to my roller technology, I work in a hose-friendly, efficient and low-maintenance manner - ideal for tough industrial use. I am self-priming, dry-running and reversible and can be equipped with a Halar coating for increased chemical resistance if required. I also comply with EU 1935/2004 and offer FDA-compliant components on request.

Whether highly viscous, abrasive, outgassing or paste-like media - I remain stable, reliable and precise. An optional vacuum system optimizes my suction performance with demanding media.
